Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website. 

In general no, however this depends on the brand and manufacturer. Each product that allows international shipping will have the option at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping -  3-7 business days

Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days since the item is made to order. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be longer.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately to request an address change. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

This depends on the size of the crystal. 6CM (60MM) sizes start at $49 while our largest size 10CM (100MM), starts at $99.
